Wandering in the forest for 17 years, next to the studio. Inserting the act of photographing as a daily activity, a routine, like brushing ones' teeth every morning. That is the way to photograph my open studio- The forest.
As long as the camera commited to photograph the forest, the forest will exist. The action of photography, necessitate the very existance of the forest. The camera and the camera woman are the keepers of the forest.
On the process: every photograph start again from a primal observation, and from a repetative activity like walking-photographing-walking.
The work is created when a certain collaboration happens, usually in a split of a second, between eye-brain-hand and the place. synergy.
